Bad news: The Carolina Hurricanes, who were first in the Metropolitan Division during this 2022-23 NHL season, were swept 4-0 by the Florida Panthers during the Eastern Conference Finals, disappointing hockey fans all over.
Good news: Hurricanes left wing Max Pacioretty is winning — at least in Nevada, where he just sold his elegant Las Vegas mansion for $11 million.
It happens to be the most expensive sale in its restricted neighborhood.
“Represented by Madison Blau BenShimon of IS Luxury, the transaction represents the highest sale in The Ridges and the greater Las Vegas area year-to-datem” the listing on Leverage says. “The magnificent property was completely redesigned with the finest quality finishes. Designed to evoke a sense of warmth and comfort, the property achieves the perfect balance of elegance and livability, creating a classy, chic, and functional space.”
And with just a quick glance around, you can see why.
“42 Crested Cloud is a particularly special property because it achieves the perfect balance of elegance and livability,” listing agent Madison Blau BenShimon said in a news release. “Each space thoughtfully incorporates timeless design with an authentic feel.”
The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom has an abundance of fine features including:
Six garages

Anthony Spiegel represented the buyers, the release noted.
